## The two ways to reach us

- **Email — [radioniczmx@gmail.com](mailto:radioniczmx@gmail.com)**. The main channel, and the right one for anything written: billing, the free trial, cancellations, privacy requests, bug reports or questions about how the app works.
- **WhatsApp — [+1 956 619 4945](https://wa.me/19566194945)**. For short questions when writing is faster than typing an email.

We answer in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and German.

## Which channel for which question

- **Subscription, billing, invoices, cancelling.** Email. Include the address you used to sign up; that is how the account is identified. Cancellation and refund rules are in the [refund policy](https://virtualradionicz.com/reembolso.html).
- **Privacy, access, correction, deletion of your data (ARCO / GDPR rights).** Email, with "privacy" in the subject line. The procedure and the deadlines are in the [privacy notice](https://virtualradionicz.com/privacy).
- **Help using the app.** Email, and say which of the sections you were in — Create & Charge, Transmit, Altar, Link or Virtual Machines — and which browser you were using.
- **Physical radionic machines.** Those are made and sold by the RADIONICZ workshop, not by this site. Orders, shipping and warranty questions go through Etsy messages on [Etsy](https://www.etsy.com/shop/Radionicz) — that is where the order actually lives. - **Press, collaborations, wholesale.** Email.

## How long we take

We are a small workshop, not a call centre. Expect an answer within one to two business days, in the language you wrote in. Messages about a payment that has already been charged get priority.

We cannot answer questions about illnesses or treatments. If you are dealing with a health problem, see a healthcare professional.
